Other Services We Offer:

Pre-Listing Inspection

This inspection is highly recommended for current homeowners who are preparing to sell a property. We’ll evaluate the readily accessible systems and structure for any issues that you may need to take into account before listing the home. This will give you a chance to arrange any repair work that you deem necessary and to inform prospective buyers of known defects before they schedule their own inspection.

New Construction Inspection

This inspection should be scheduled before the builder of your home takes you on the final walkthrough. We’ll provide an unbiased third-party assessment of the home’s structure and currently installed mechanical systems. If any safety issues or material defects are discovered, this gives you an opportunity to arrange repairs with the builder before your move-in date.

New Construction Phase Inspection

A Phase Inspection can give the homebuyer peace of mind about their investment while preventing the builders from having to backtrack and make difficult, time-consuming repairs due to oversights in the construction process. We’ll come to the property at several critical phases to inspect current progress: before the initial concrete pour, pre-drywall installation, and pre-final walkthrough.

Loan Draw Inspection

A Loan Draw Inspection is essential for making sure that a construction project adheres to the terms agreed upon with the bank in the original draw request. We’ll arrive on-site at several different phases to take stock of stored materials, the timeline of construction, and to otherwise make sure that the project is fully compliant with the proposed budget.

Re-Inspections

Re-Inspections are for clients who need repaired or replaced components reevaluated after we found them to be defective in our original inspection. We’ll return to the property to look over the component(s) in question—checking for correct installation and to ensure that any repair work was done safely and fully resolves any issues.

Light Commercial Inspection

A Light Commercial Inspection is offered for small to medium-sized commercial properties. We’ll evaluate the major systems and readily accessible structural components for any defective materials or safety hazards that a prospective buyer or investor needs to be aware of.

At Trust Inspection Services, our goal is for you to clearly see a home’s condition so that you can negotiate a transaction effectively, knowledgeably, and responsibly. Contact us today to request an inspection.
